remove custom post example and custom taxonomy

It could be a smart filter.

personally I don't mind removing them myself. But go ahead :)

Can you make a dirty round up of what files to remove and file references, just so I get everything scrubbed. Whould really appriciate it :D

@0dp so many changes this days work proyect and personal computer everything in the wrong place :P (actually if i made yo generator-wp-bones get some errors)

custom_type delete:
archive-custom_type.php
single-custom_type.php
library/custom-post-type.php

in funtions.php need remove :
// USE THIS TEMPLATE TO CREATE CUSTOM POST TYPES EASILY
require_once( 'library/custom-post-type.php' );

custom_taxonomy delete:
taxonomy-custom_cat.php

i think... that may be all... sorry but need some to test to be sure

First time I've done branching so I might have done something wrong. But feature11 should have my preliminary work :)
