Sorry, but no. The description of the program is "This program extracts annotations (highlights, comments, etc.) from a PDF file". Why would you expect it to extract headings?

Thanks @0xabu for the response.
I thought layout and annotations will help me to extract the headings.
Actually, my main aim is to extract text between two headings.
Suppose a user as input give one pdf file and a heading as like in the pdf ABSTRACT is one heading as a output need the text from The game to penalty area.
