Kinda went the opposite direction and made a release branch which always tracks the latest released version on crates.io. This gives me a nice permalink, and I can have Netlify only publish from that branch. Plus I can work on 0.3 in master now without worrying that I won't be able to do a hotfix later down the line.
Eventually could be nice to get Azure autopublishing things that get merged into that branch, but that's not essential.
