Some notes from our guild rally on 6/30:
- These might work better as separate documents:
- specific tool recommendations, broken down by purpose?
- dependency management, and maybe build tools like browserify?
- Incorporate some information from #8 into recommendations.

This came up again at our 7/31 guild rally. Discussion around maybe a pros/cons on different approaches, since it's often not a right/wrong decision, but more about choosing the right thing for the task at hand.

The format I was proposing and using was all about pros/cons and when to pick a tool. It was formatted like this:
Name of dependency
Short description, likely from wikipedia or similar site.
When to use/When not to use separate sections
General pros/cons sections

Let's close this in favor of more specific edits.
