Planning to address this by changing the heading text from the lighter blue: C=74 M=46 Y=0 K=0
to the navy blue: C=100 M=80 Y=38 K=29. This navy is in the existing color palette and has great contrast. Win win!
CMYK to hex translations aren't exact, but that would roughly equate to #0F385D, which gives a contrast ratio of 12.04:1 on white

We changed this headline color to match the dark body copy color, and the print template with this update was replaced on the site in last week's release
