Most functionality on macOS works. There is currently no way to work around the issue as there is no longer a solution available for macOS that is equivalent of iptables. Most all traffic is routed through TOR, but anything that is not running through the proxy by default will require the end user to ensure it is using the proxy. For example a curl call or an app that is set to not use the proxy will have to be changed to use the proxy.
TorPhantom will still have the proxy enabled and running, but (as previously stated) if an app is not using it by default a user will have to configure this. All apps using it by default will run through the proxy as expected.
