After app updating from 0.5.0 (61) to 0.5.0(62) the transaction status was updated to success.
Let's leave the issue open for a while. I am going to "play" with it more

My guess: the transaction was submitted and the safe nonce was increased, but the transaction was not indexed yet, so it appeares as "cancelled" (nonce is < safe nonce, and the transaction is not executed yet).

This only happens for ~15s until the backend has this transactions correctly indexed.

The web app will set a pending status for 15s. There is additionally a research topic that looks into leveraging notifications that would help with the data invalidation in this case.
