The Google plus account is only used for the Google Authorship.

What if I want it displayed? I tried adding a G+ link <a> and set the title to google plus, googleplus, google_plus, unfortunately no one works :(

I added the icon in this commit: ptbsare/blog_hexo_source@3582a90
By looking through this you can figure out how I can add the icon.
Maybe you need to modify footer.ejs , footer.style and header.ejs.
