crispr_screen_pipelining
Selected code from a pipeline I wrote for analyzing NGS data from screens using pooled CRISPR guides. The parts I have included here are the master Snakefile, the Python wrapper script that wrangles the Snakefile's arguments and starts the pipeline, and an R script I created for generating input files for one of the steps of the pipeline.
longest_common_subsequence
An assignment I completed as part of of one of the classes in my bioinformatics master's program. The assignment was to design and implement algorithms to solve the longest common subsequence problem.
matrix_multiplication
An assignment I completed as part of one of the classes in my bioinformatics master's program. The assignment was to read in a specifically formatted input file of matrices, perform two different matrix multiplication algorithms, output the product matrix, and compare the efficiencies of the algorithms.
