@amitpande74 It looks like you have everything installed properly. Next try starting the app:

library(OmicNavigator)
startApp()

And please check out the User's Guide attached to the latest release for instructions on how to add your own data to explore in the app.

@bengalengel This Issue reminds me that we previously discussed adding a "quick start" section to the README. We should revisit this. Currently startApp() isn't mentioned until pg 19 of the User's Guide.

Yes but the tutorial is not so explicit as to how to import ones data in terms of path. Kindly make it more vivid and more figures
have to be there to understand things. This is my personal view, I could be wrong, but biologists are fascinated by figures.

@amitpande74 I added a new Quick start section to the README so it's easier to see all the main commands for running the app without having to read the entire User's Guide. We appreciate your feedback, so please do open a new issue with any additional feedback. Specifically in regards to your proposed figure, a quick sketch of what you are envisioning would be helpful.
