OK, I don't know what changed this time, but it works now. It might have been old .elc files when I upgraded Emacs, because I cleared all of those out and recompiled all before trying traad this time. Thanks.

OK, excellent. If this crops up again, the only other immediate thought I
had was that maybe you're picking up a different version of xml-rpc.el or
something. I had a fair amount of trouble making basic connectivity work
initially, to the point where I just dropped a copy of it into traad to
avoid confusion.

In any event, I'm glad it's working for you now.
