There are currently two issues:

1. You need a U.S. phone number to sign up. I would have to use a service like Twilio or Plivo and update the UI to allow International phone numbers.
2. I noticed an issue with the server sometimes not being able to connect to the PostgreSQL database. I'm going to migrate the server to AWS—which I've been wanting to do anyway—to see if that fixes this.

OK. I switched code delivery from phone number to email.
