database no longer work

Version 10 instead of latest, 11

sample database are useless at this moment
t/11user.t does not match added columns

the provision script is run as super-user, which screws up all the rights of the unpacked act-voyager github tar-bal.

How can I fix this problem?

There was an error while executing `VBoxManage`, a CLI used by Vagrant
for controlling VirtualBox. The command and stderr is shown below.

Command: ["dhcpserver", "add", "--ifname", "vboxnet0", "--ip", "172.28.128.2", "--netmask", "255.255.255.0", "--lowerip", "172.28.128.3", "--upperip", "172.28.128.254", "--enable"]

Stderr: VBoxManage: error: DHCP server already exists

Proper Pre-installed event

There should be an up -and-running 'demo' event that can be served immediately

git clone with SSH not working from provisioning script

The provisioning script tries to ssh to GitHub to download the repository. It fails.
