"Push:tag:v*" functionality, doesn't seem to work

This appears to be an issue with actions not triggering other actions.

It is working. I'm using it here

I use it like this -

git tag v0.0.16
git push github v0.0.16

And the release v0.0.16 is created automatically

The issue occurs when tags are created from a GitHub actions.

A work around is using a personal access token.
