Welp, yeah sorry for the waste of space but maybe this will help other people out who don't know too much about NodeJS and come across the same issue.

I fixed my problem by doing:

• Deleting the node_modules directory
• Deleting the yarn.lock file in the root directory
• Installing node-gyp onto my system
• Updating nodejs (I had just installed the latest version of it yesterday, maybe they fixed something just today)
• Repeating yarn install and yarn start again

I'm not sure which one did the trick, but I would guesstimate it was probably deleting the node_modules directory and the yarn.lock file. After that, I was finally able to get it working and syncing my local file. Now I'm able to access my Actual file from all my devices.

Can someone look into this problem, it is still present when you do a fresh install or you update from v23.4.2

If I want to have a working Actual on my local machine, I must stay on v23.4.2
