Here you go:

At the node prompt run these two lines:

var csv = require("csv");
csv().from.array( [[250, 0], [251, 17], [252, 0]], { columns: ["id","counter"] }).to(console.log);

Before the fix you'll get this:
250,
251,17
252, 3

After the fix you get:
250,0
251,17
252,0 3

Note the fix should be on both line 115 and 122.
