Customizing Dependencies?

Hey! Thanks for this project. Much better than the 'example projects'.

Biggest problem I have is that I don't see a way to define what I want to include as a dependency. My auto-reloader is all f'ed up.

I see that empty array's are hardcoded into the library with dependencies() and load_paths

Is that on purpose?

undefined method `set_load_paths'

Have added grape and this project to a Padrino app and get this load error:

  ERROR -  NoMethodError - undefined method `set_load_paths' for Padrino:Module:
 /Users/pmackay/.rbenv/versions/2.2.2/lib/ruby/gems/2.2.0/bundler/gems/padrino-grape-e1973a964253/lib/padrino-grape/extend.rb:20:in `require_dependencies'

Any suggestions of a fix? I could do a PR.
