Podemos obtener el objetivo de una unidad con:
unit.getTarget()
Esto nos da la refinería a la que van, por lo que podemos controlar en un momento dado el número de unidades que van a una refinería y limitar los trabajadores en una refinería a tres.

Made, but only implemented for the first refinery. It's unlikely to build more than two refineries for now.
