w4 bundle corrupted

The following issue happens on 1.03 and 1.0.4 with site/static/carts/pong.wasm too.

I've got a fix ready that will be included in the bundle refactor #58

@FaberVitale is working on improving w4 bundle (#58), I bet this will be fixed once those changes land. This might currently be buggy due to the janky regexp replacements.

Looks like that this is bug in node regExp on very large replacer, because a generated source was a ....z85 data <script src=wasm4></script> ...z85 data, seems that a regexp replaced a regions between itself with overlapping

I think we can replace reqexp onto indexOf + subst and concatenation as hotfix
