@eyalhei this can be some Geckodriver particularity. Could you check whether it works correctly for Chrome? Also you could compare with Firefox versions older than 47.0 (e.g. 46.0) - command result should also differ.

I've seen this with firefox 53, 55, 57 and chrome 61.
I will test with firefox46 and get back to you (might take a couple of days)

Hi, sorry it took a while, it seems to happen with firefox 46 as well

We actually implemented a work around to wait for the service.
But in general yes it is still an issue
