No. The feature is not implemented yet.

1 agora tool will use obs resolution in new release version. Then you can set portrait resolution such as 1080x1920
2 appid is private, not suggest saved. apptoken is valid in 24 hours, no need to save. Other settings can save in local file, need to implement this requirement.

About the local file, can you please provide an example? I can't find one and I don't know what the format would be.

Are the changes you mention the ones on this commit? e9d80c2#diff-50478752fe2a318a3ed5618957c1bcd0e4e5e081db563d28c3313b5fbb9c932fR279 - in that case, I'd love to beta-test them. Would you be so kind to generate a macos build for me?
