This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

This works for us. Are you behind a firewall? Or in China? Some of our links are blocked in China (we don't know why).

Would Dropbox or Box work? What are the preferred methods of sharing files in China?

In China if I want to share files I will use Baidu Web Drive(https://pan.baidu.com/). But it's not like GitHub can share the program specifically. In Baidu Web Drive you can share any file. It can only be someone to upload someone else to download
