@jcfr this is what I thought I was doing - but apparently I was following a guide not so comprehensive as the one you mentioned. Yes, I agree with you, we should do it right. I will look into the guidelines you referenced. Thank you!

One of the idea is to have the setup.py
at the base of the repository. It means the content of source
would be moved up. And the temp
folder would moved into radiomics-temp
along side the radiomics
one.
You would then have something like :
