Multiple runs in same Python script without using Session object.

@Sennevs SDK has been updated in Aim v3.
Now h-params are tracked with Run object in a pythonic fashion, e.g.

run = aim.Run()
run['hparams', 'learning_rate'] = 0.001

probably a higher level tracking API will be introduced on top of Run API to make it easier to track multiple runs simultaneously.
If you shared any use case on how you would like to log hparams for a multiple training runs it would be a huge help in designing the interface 🙏
