No, I'm using the release version. But the optimize_mark function in deep_inspect.py I found is same in the most up-to-data codes. I changed "def optimize_mark(self, label: int) -> tuple[torch.Tensor, float]:" to "def optimize_mark(self, label: int, **kwargs) -> tuple[torch.Tensor, float]:" in https://github.com/ain-soph/trojanzoo/blob/main/trojanvision/defenses/backdoor/model_inspection/deep_inspect.py#L48. Then, it worked.
