Hi Ellis,

You're running out of space on your hard drive during the preprocessing (and apparently also afterwards when attempting to download the inception weights). prepare_data.sh preprocesses the dataset and saves it to a separate file, so on top of the raw ImageNet images it creates an HDF5 file which is on the order of ~128GB .

You could clear some space on your drive, get a larger drive, or just not use the preprocessed version of the dataset (i.e. run with --dataset I128 instead of --dataset I128_HDF5). This will probably be slower but if you're constrained by your harddrive space while training on ImageNet (you'll need space to save model checkpoints as well) it is one way to save disk space.
