I didn't make repo url from maven please manually download and import

Could you teach me the step to import this library to my project ?
I tried some way with google, All was failed...

What "import" definition should I do in my source code header ?
I am confusing with less explanation..

I tried to build your project.

there is error..

Error:FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

• What went wrong:
  Task 'compileDebugJava' not found in root project 'Bluetoothspp'.
• Try:
  Run gradle tasks to get a list of available tasks. Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output.
