I'm a Research Consultant for the Hoban Conservation Lab. The lab's research ranges from conservation genomics to ex situ representation and informing conservation policy, and some the lab's work can be seen on the Hoban Lab GitHub page.

I'm interested in everything bioinformatics and conservation, and my research background centers around using RADseq analyses to inform species delimitation in plants. I received my Master's in Biology and Ecology at Utah State University, under the instruction of Dr. Will Pearse and Dr. Paul Wolf.

  • I conduct multiple research projects centered around conservation genomics, and collaborate with individuals at the Morton Arboretum and different botanic gardens around the United States. I'm also the system administrator for the Hoban Lab Linux server.
