Yes you should be able to build a 32-bit version of SimpleAmqpClient on MacOSX by passing: -DCMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES=i386 to cmake when configuring, or setting it in ccmake. You can also force a 64-bit by specifiying x86_64, or create a fat binary by specifying i386;x86_64
Note that all libraries that SimpleAmqpClient depends on will also have to be 32-bit as well (rabbitmq-c, boost), otherwise you'll hit linker errors (unfortunately CMake isn't always smart enough to detect if a library has all the required architectures).
