Hey @ast0815 thanks for reporting this.
Could you please send me the file that you get if you click Save Diagram? It will help me reproduce your problem.

Per the discussion here, if your text has math in it, could you try wrapping your text in $?

I am no longer sure what diagram I was trying to produce back then. It only fails now if there is a text field with "\mathrm" in it and no "$" delimiter.
As for the file I get if it does fail: It really is just a text file with the single line "exit status 1" in it.

Yea sorry for lagging so hard on getting back to you. I was reallly busy with some contracting work and completely missed your issue. I'm going to close but feel free to open another issue when you run into it!
