Syntax error with bitwise operators

An example query causing the issue:

firstVisibleMsgId:
SELECT messageId
FROM message
WHERE bufferId = :bufferId
AND flags & ~:ignored > 0
ORDER BY messageId ASC
LIMIT 1;

with the corresponding error message:
- <expr> expected, got '~'

The SQLite specs define ~ as one of the unary operators: https://www.sqlite.org/lang_expr.html, it should be treated like unary -, + or NOT

For now I’ll replace ~expr with (-expr)-1
