我这两天也在看，也是不是特别的清楚，不过有一点是可以明确的是：
原来的 service 层：可以处理一个大而全的功能：业务逻辑处理、消息处理
而 COLA 的 app 层：把与领域相关的（对于领域来说，我其实也还没有太明白含义，目前感觉可能是单表相关的业务操作？）抽取到了 domain 层，与数据库直接交互的放到了 domain 层的 gateway 层定义接口，基础设施层进行实现，可能最直观的是：调用 mapper 响应的实体，需要转换为 domain 里面定义的实体对象，这样一来就解耦了，数据库 mapper 的变更，不会影响到上面的层，除非是很大的变动
