شما iplimit فعال دارید ولی fail2ban نصب نکردید
یا غیرفعال کنید و یا پیشنیاز رو رعایت کنید
در صورت غیرفعال کردن ای پی لیمیت از داخل تنظیمات اکسس لاگ هم بردارید چرا که فشار زیادی به سرور وارد میکنه
