I looked at the source and figured out the 2nd problem.

1st problem still exists though.

in WebService loadDefaults, Arrays were assigned directly and so any get/posts modified the defaults array. Copying values over as follows fixed this part.

    if (!is_posts_seted) {
        this.posts = new ArrayList<>(WebiConfig.posts);
    }
    if (!is_headers_seted) {
        this.headers = new ArrayList<>(WebiConfig.headers);
    }
    if (!is_gets_seted) {
        this.gets = new ArrayList<>(WebiConfig.gets);
    }
