Please build pouch according to the following steps.
git clone https://github.com/alibaba/pouch.git
cd pouch
docker build -t pouch:test .
docker run -ti -v `pwd`:/go/src/github.com/alibaba/pouch/ pouch:test bash -c "make build"

Could you show us your Golang env?

echo $GOPATH
echo $GOROOT

At the first glance, maybe env get mixed. @zhubingbing

i don't know what happen, but i think env setting is right.
