Comboboxes do not show touch effect

I just created a AllcountJS project based on Point of Sale demo and created the Android application using Ionic.

When editing those entities that have comboboxes (they are related to another entity), it is not possible to see the touch effect it that widget.

It is possible to pick one of the options, touch in "ok" and it works, but users cannot see they have pushed an option.

Wrong left side menu format

I just created a new AllcountJS project and its Android application using Ionic.

After that I realized that the menu format is wrong.

In the case of Point of Sale demo, it has Transactions, Items and Orders as menu entries.
The menu has the following format:

• Transactions
• User
• Logout
• Items
• User
• Logout
• ... (same pattern for the rest of entries)

customView not rendered using Ionic

I have created the demo project Point of Sale and its Android app.

When using the menu to go to POS, the showed view is not the one described in the pos.jade file, but the Order entity view.
