I've undone the recent changes. You should be good to go with the latest tag now.
Closing this for now, but hit me up if anything else comes up or if the latest tag is still causing any headaches.

Thanks for letting me know about this. I'll check it out on my end. In the meantime, could you switch to using allinurl/goaccess:1.8.1 instead of the "latest" tag? The "latest" one got updated yesterday. Let me know if that does the trick for now.
