Documentation needs update about Bintray dowload ?

I just pushed #110. This commit tries to address download URL update without modifying documentation's current structure.

Commit message is detailed on what is done. Here are some additional insights:

• I do not use Gradle, Teamcity or Jenkins integration. I modified documentation based on some logical assertions based on my experience of allure maven plugin behavior. And it seems consistent with what I read on allure-framework/allure2#832
• My proposal on Maven plugin is based on the way I fixed it here; also consistent with allure-framework/allure2#832

Due to Bintray issues our team moved to Maven Central.

The official way to download Allure is to use
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/io/qameta/allure/allure-commandline/

Are you interested by a PR to update the documentation ?
