Features to add:

f01 - Alias suggestions

f02 - Bot clean text responses based on part of the message, not requiring literal exact inputs f02a - input cleaner (lowercase and remove certain punctuation)

f03 - Help command to list available commands, changing depending on what roles are available to the user

Tweaks to make:

t02 - make generic function for eval

Things done:

f04 - Eval return command which automatically surrounds the eval command with message.channel.send();

t01 - Command calling needs to be exact, not just startsWith()
