If the saved state file (/var/lib/alsa/asound.state) is correct, then the problem is in the kernel driver. Report it to https://bugzilla.kernel.org/ or the ALSA mailing list.
EDIT: For distro specific issues, please, contact the distro support. Perhaps, they do something special on boot.

how do I know if the asound.state is correct? wich parameter I have to check to see if mute the speaker is enable or disable?, thank you

manually edit asound.state on speaker parameter to "false" for mute in every reboot but when I reboot the system it is overwriten to "true" again.....please need help

if I delete pulseaudio, I can saved all the parameters who I need, so I dont know what is the problem
