These problems occur when the Pantheon is launched via lxdm.
I tried to launch the pantheon through .xinitrc after adding “exec cerbere” to it, but nothing happened.
But adding exec gnome-session --session = pantheon started, and in this case hot keys are assigned, and standard ones work, such as screenshots of windows and own combinations (the volume does not work, I suspect that the necessary PulseAudio package is missing)

pantheon runs of top of a gnome session, the pantheon.session file has this exact command (gnome-session --session=pantheon), there's no other way to launch it if you want everything to work correctly.
