Quick fix is to use custom ViewPager component from react-native-image-zoom.

"Instead of importing from ViewPagerAndroid import ViewPagerZoom from react-native-image-zoom there is a bug in android view pagers with pinch and zoom."

Thanks @zeljkoX after reverting to old version of react native image zoom. yes it works. 0.27.2 have problem with latest version of react-native image zoom.
