On similar lines,
4) would it also help to have the "Add Catalog" Option at the top of the list rather than at the bottom? Gerardo, please comment.

- Cosmetic issue: Bookshare Catalog needs it own icon. Currently shows up with FBReader icon.

As for Add Catalog, I rather not change that, since it's maybe not what the original developers intended and I rather not decrease the chance of our changes being merged into the base product.

Simplified the process of adding a bookshare catalog. Just type "bookshare" or any URL ending in "bookshare.org" and the rest of the details will be populated automatically and creating catalog entry.

The changes look good! Can you please change the icon for Bookshare to be different from FBReader. Then we can go ahead and close this issue.
