This can be added as a link "Don't have a bookshare account?" in the login screen with at least some information to go and complete the steps on the website.
Cons are it can make the login screen a bit cluttered.

I can redirect the user to bookshare website via web browser. It will add some text to the login screen. Once we decide, I can start implementing it.

We actually built a landing page to do this with Read2Go and we should do something similar for this. I'll ping Mario (our marketing guy who wrote the page)
