I have this issue too. Our setup is sqladmin with fastapi. Deployed on AWS behind a load balancer. LB terminates the ssl and forwards x-forwarded-proto=https header to the application.
1 deployment is served on subdomain foo.example.com and works and another is served on bar-foo.bar.example.com and doesn't work.
uvcorn is configured to trust proxy headers, this doesn't help.
Docs served via the same fastapi server - work with https as supposed.
