Starting VM with vagrant doesn't work #2

if i enable the gui with:
config.vm.boot_mode = :gui
i can see that the VM is properly starting.
After logging in into the VM i see that only one network adapter is initialized.
eth0 has ip 10.0.2.15
if i do a ifconfig eht1 33.33.33.15 up i can ping to the vm and log in per ssh [email protected]
but i cant do vagrant ssh
there is no error. i cancel the connection with strg+c
