Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. We provide here indications of malicious activity at a certain time. In your case, this domain was used for malicious activity around 2017-2019, which is before you registered it for your client.
We are not responsible for blocking these domains, some people have blocked them without considering the time period in which these domains were used, you have to see with them directly (in that case ESET) to have them unblocked, there is not much we can do about it.

Hi,
Again, it is a problem of how ESET implements their blocking, not about what we publish, you have to see with them directly. The indicators we have published three months ago includes domains used over several years as explained in our methodology report
from investigations.
Hi Te-K!
Thank you for your answer, appreciate it! I'm sorry about my delay on this one.
I really need you to take away Our client's domain from that "malicious" domain list, please; because it doesn't make any sense that you include Theirs domain on a "outdated" list that ESET takes as reference; based on what you said: "this domain was used for malicious activity around 2017-2019".
So, the domain is listed in a folder that is named "2021-07-18_nso" that is was updated just "three months ago", then, here you have Our client's domain as a "current" list of malicious domains.
Please, We need your help, I will forward this info to ESET in order to give them more information about this issue, in order to make them review this case.
Thanks in advance!
Regards!

@tons I am afraid you should tell your client to get a different domain. Domains with reputation like this will always stay in certain blocklists.
