I am currently in the process of career transition in the IT area, from technical support to DevSecOps. In order to acoomplish this, I took several courses, such as Systems Analysis and Development and Information Security Management. I also have 11 years of experience as an IT technician, with technical support, systems administration, network/Windows/Linux administration and level 1, 2 and 3 support. I am a big enthusiast in the field of DevOps, I learn quickly and I can easily apply new theories to improve the results of my work.
