What do we do about Table 2B, which uses

ELF, based on data from a Soviet ethnographic source, Atlas Narodov Mira (1964)

I haven't looked into it other than right now, but shouldn't the data and code be in Table_3b.dta and Table_3b.do, respectively? Unfortunately the labeling in the data download is not the same as in the paper, but 3b corresponds to 2b I think
