Remove the bottom bar on the main screen

I would keep the bottom bar for now and replace it by the ABS bottom bar over time (like in the ICS mail app).

This would mean that we move the main actions to the bottom bar like the refresh action for example and probably the "add account" as soon as we replace the login screen with a choose action on the main screen.
